Rename checkjobs.php to checkEMANRefineJobs.php to avoid confusion

Description
Rename checkjobs.php to checkEMANRefineJobs.php to avoid confusion.
This checkEMANRefineJobs is linked by Xmipp and Spider recons, but I know that it only works with EMAN. The others link to it, because of a copy/paste situation. Also, checkEMANRefineJobs contains numerous things that only relate to EMAN.
I am creating a checkFrealignJobs.php for Frealign, so this will be named in parallel to the Frealign one. Eventually, we will need to create checkXmippRefineJobs.php and checkSpiderRefineJobs.php, but this is further off.
I did a grep of all files in the myamiweb/processing/ to look for this function.

Can you provide a procedure to test this?

The only way to test this is to launch a job on garibaldi and follow its progress. If you can see the progress of your job it is broken. Dmitry, Gabe, or Pick-wei would be good testers.

do i need to launch an EMAN recon to test this? and if so, i'm not sure i understand what to look for...."If you can see the progress of your job it is broken." progress where? in the log file on the website?
