catchUpDDAlign.py is not an appionLoop. It does not removes rejected/hidden images from the list of images it needs to process.

r17558 check if an image is hidden so it does not process it even if _st.mrc exists in the rundir.
Melody, you first code review assignment.
As long as makeDDFrameStack works with alignment in the next week, this is working.
