I have a question about the CTF estimation "fine tune previous run" option in the current appion.

It seems it does fine-tuning around the nominal defocus values rather than the results from previous runs. Do you mind to take a look at it?

It seems in my case it use the nominal value even though I have a previous CTF run.

I suppose this bug is caused by not all runs have confidence 1 or 2 ?
