Description
This happens a lot during testing. The page becomes cluttered and doing them one by one takes a long time. Only the most recent one if any is the real run. The rest should be set to aborted or failed.

r17760 makes so that if the user force one instance of the same job (identified by job name and type), all of one with status 'Q' (most likely failed without starting) are aborted.

The message may not be clear to the user in terms of what is happening as it sounds like the system is requesting the user to take action or is asking a question. It will be more clear to me when I test it, and I may change the text then...
