Description

Normally when you look at the results of an alignment (click on reference stack), like from Xmipp maximum likelihood, you will get the class number, number of particles in class, and an approximate resolution. Today I am only getting the class number and then the number 1. This is for all of them I looked at, but one example is /ami/data15/appion/13jun26d/align/maxlike1/part13jul17o03_average.hed (Hart project). Had Dmitry take a look, same thing is happening to him, he suggested the link to that information in the database is not working properly?

This was working just a few days ago. Can you please restore this information?

I'm using cronus3/betamyamiweb.
