Bug #2542
closedtargets adjustment causes relative target drift on versions of parent image
0%
Description
This is obvious only when many versions of the same parent image are taken due to strong drift or the use of all ancestors for adjustment.
For example, if queuing is one for both "Hole Targeting" and "Exposure Targeting" and the target adjustment of "Exposure" node use all ancestors for adjustment.

r17923 should fix this. The parent image derived from the target input is not necessary the most recent version of the image with multiple queuing and target transformation. On the other hand the researchTarget function in targethandler.py always returns the last version target and parent image. As a result, the matrix created and target to be transformed are not properly matched.
Melody/David have used this on 13oct01d from my sandbox
Dmitry,
when you run your session with betaleginon, check the location of the target markers of different versions of sq images in myamiweb. If you have a drifting grid so that sq image drifts and the target markers move with it, then this is fixed.

Anchi, I have not experienced this, but will look out for it next time I'm collecting data.
