Hi Amber, both Natalia and I ran into an identical bug in two sessions. When you combine the masks from an autorun and a manual run, the number of images that are remaining is not accurately displayed. Everything seems to work correctly, i.e. the job only looks for images with rejected masks, which you can then mask manually. However, the number of remaining images seems to be queried from the total number of micrographs. for example, in my run (/ami/data00/appion/13dec10b/mask/manualrun9), I had to only mask 312 regions manually after the autorun, but the number of remaining images was displayed as 1170 when the job was finished. When you get a chance, could you please look into this?
