allow making aligned ddstack from unaligned ddstack for testing different options

Description
Good for testing best parameters. Like makeDDRawFrameStack, particle stackid can be used to restrict what images are being processed.
r18044 adds this. It will be good to use different preset name but it will cause confusion in finding framestackpath during particle stack making. Need to think about that.
David, you can just substitute makeDDRawFrameStack.py command with this with the same option. However, --ddstack will be a required option and an integer is needed for it. For example --ddstack=3. You may also add --stackid=5, for example to restrict the operation to fewer images.
