Bug #2665
closedtarget adjusted in the second tilt after drift get stretched perpendicular to the tilt axis
0%
Description
The parent image used in transforming the target points to the target adjusted parent image in the first tilt since it is the previous version.
For example:
1sq->1sq_00->1fc->1sq_v01 > 1sq_01>1sq_01_fc -> 1sq_v02
where the targets adjusted to put on 1sq_v02 from transform registration of image 1sq_v01 to 1sq_v02 which have different tilts

- Target version set to Appion/Leginon 3.0.0
This is only a problem if there is drift detected by RCT or RCT_Focusing and target adjustment is active in RCT node as it is in default.
r18113 fix this. Will merge to 3.0

Emily, this is for the bug you found. When you run rct next time, it will be the test.

- Priority changed from Normal to Urgent
Emily's testing showed that the problem was only sometimes solved due to that target adjustment in RCT Focus node was still activated.
r18120 avoids target adjustment on "RCT Focus" node, too. r18121 does the same in 3.0 branch
r18122 makes default leginon settings to no adjustment so it is more obvious. r18123 does the same in 3.0 branch

- Priority changed from Urgent to Normal
Emily, you don't have to test this, but if you are willing to do it, here is what to do next time you get on after today.
Change "RCT Focus" adjust target to "one" ancestor and run as normal. It should not give you problem even if you do so.
