adding falcon raw images to stack making and DD alignment

Falcon images are gain corrected in its software. There is no more correction made in Appion.
r18218 r18219 are tested on images without beam. It seems to work fine in ddstack making, gpu alignment, as well as particle stack making without alignment.
The only thing left is to find out the proper rotation and flip if any.

r18232 sets gain_dark_correction to False for falcon frames even if there are fake gain dark images for them.
r18233 puts the raw frame in the same orientation as the sum image leginon receives according to what we know
on Krios.
This feature is now complete.
This will be tested in our next data collection.
