Description
Due to a disk failure and archiving, a half finished dd image alignment run was continued in a different run path and hence a new ddstack run was created. This created this bug since only one of the ddstack run (the new one) was specified in stackIntoPicks.py while some aligned images need to come from the old run.
The appion error message is:
!!! WARNING: Matched aligned image not found in ddstack. Will not transfer pick

Don't want to merge two ddstack runs because one of them is in archive.
r18671 assumes that the most recent alignment not hidden from the user is the second best one to use.
