Description

Hello Anchi,

We have successfully taken raw DD frames via Leginon and all the DD frames got aligned very well via Appion.

Currently we are having a difficulty about how to build up a complete tomograph stack (.mrc) from the aligned frames. For instance, we collected a set of tomographic data composed of 60 images from different tilting angles. We used to direct download the tomograph file containing all the 60 images directly from myAMI web, and the downloaded .mrc file contained all the pixel size and tilting angle information for each image so it could be opened directly by IMOD.

But now the aligned frames are individual files (60 images). What I could do now is to open the 60 images one by one in the right order and build a tomogram stack manually, which takes a lot of time and efforts. I am just wondering that is there any function or script that we are able to build the tomographic data automatically from the aligned frames?

Thanks a lot.
