use "Just Show Command" option and execute it through terminal.
Description
It did not create folder for the session. Therefore, the job file is not saved nor submitted to the cluster.
To reproduce the error,
1. provide cluster user log in in appion myamiweb/processing page
1. Follow instruction at http://emg.nysbc.org/projects/appion/wiki/Upload_Images_to_a_new_Project_Session Use NRAMM - Test project is fine.
2. The session name is automatically assigned.
3. See this screenshot for test parameters to set. I have two mrc images in /home/acheng for testing
4. click "Upload Image" to submit the job to cluster
Please make sure the alternative route for "just show command" does not break when fixing this.
