Description
Need a basicScript.py that appionScript.py is based on with no database functions. There are some programs that use appionScript.py for the structure, but do not need all the extra connect to the database crap, e.g. ApDogPicker and makeSnapshots.py. A basicScript.py would do this.

Split. To test basicScript run ApDogPicker or makeSnapshot, to test appionScript run any other program. Anchi would be a good tester.

The test works but it seems more natural to have the stackid option in the TestScript subclass, not in the BasicScript base class. Go ahead and close it if you disagree.
