- Status changed from In Code Review to In Test
This should be ready for test (I tested this during one of the Appion meeting). There are two variable ($DEFAULTCS and $DATA_DIRS) not in the wizard, Anchi and jim said one is for the workshop so no outside user using it. And the other one is for microscope and the value is 2.0. I am not sure it is worth to put in the wizard.
The CLUSTER_CONFIGS is not in the wizard also. I can make it to be in the wizard, but it might confuse user, because when user are in the wizard, they still don't know the value of this input.
Thanks.

After talk to Jim. He said it is better to put it in to the wizard.
The proper way to describe this is "Spherical aberration constant for the microscope (Cs.)"
I will put this value in the wizard.
Thanks.

This was done yesterday afternoon.
The Cs. values and Cluster configure file variable are both there.
Neil tested it out this morning on his sandbox, and Christopher tested it on amibox16 also.
I am hoping someone can test the Cs. value. Because even it is in the configure file, but we still need to know how to use it.
Thanks.
