Need to add a check for column linking to table when renaming a table for schema change.
I messed this one up bug time, but it is fixable.

- Status changed from Assigned to New
- Assignee deleted (

- Target version set to Appion/Leginon 2.1.0
- Target version changed from Appion/Leginon 2.1.0 to Appion/Leginon 2.2.0

Neil, what is the status of this one? it looks like it is done, but you also indicated that you were only partway through and set it to new status...
It only checks for specific ones, it cannot find all of them yet, and it is not thoroughly tested.
