Make animated GIF movies of volumes using Chimera

Description
It would be nice to have animated GIF movies of volumes, but instead of having them play automatically, provide a link to them. Otherwise the page is too busy.
Affected files are all files the use apChimera.renderSnapshots() or apChimera.filterAndChimera(), this list is:

Chimera 1.2509 does not have the 'fly' command which makes movie making hard.
