Description
This is needed for intermediate testing of installation so that people can check the command results since it can run without ssh2.

r13886 fixes this by checking function_exists.
Testing:
In the middle of myamiweb installation, before ssh2 is installed for php,
run an appionjob from command line.
While it is running, refresh myamiweb/processing page. The job should
show as running and it should be possible to check the job at
processing/checkAppionJob.php
