Bug #487

map pop up in imageviewers measures image distance in nm and that of power spectrum in the same

Description
For real space image, it should be in angstrum now that everywhere else is in angstrum. For Fourier space, the distance should be in resolution ( larger pixel distance the smaller the number).

Fix this with r13956.
To test:
1. Find an image with pixelsize and particle size known. For example, 10apr29b_00028gr_00090sq_v04_00024hl_00004ea.mrc pixelsize is 1.66 Angstrum, and GroEL top view diameter in there is ~150 A.
2. Click on the image to show the map.
3. Click on the ruler tool and click on the two ends of a top-view disk-like GroEL particle. The measured distance should show ~ 150 A.
4. In the viewer activate FFT display and click on it to show its map.
5. Click on the ruler tool and measure the x-axis resolution limit by clicking on the center of the FFT (power spectrum) image as the first point and the left-edge at the same horizontal line ( i.e. only move in x not y). The measured result should show 2 * 1.66 Angstrum.
6. Click on two points that has a smaller distance, the resolution measured should have a larger number than 2 * 1.66 Angstrum.

Anke, could you test this?

I tested it and it works.
