Unable to compile Ace2 using instructions in manual

Description
Need to revisit this and get it working on Amber's test installation.
- Target version set to Appion/Leginon 2.0.0
What was the error message? For the install, we highly recommend using the pre-built binaries. ACE2 is designed to compile on newer distros like Fedora. You would have to install several (~50) new packages and modify the makefile for ACE2 to compile on CentOS that are not necessary to run ACE2.
Neil got this working with a change to the make file.
