The help popups on the ace2 submit pages for:
0% pass resolution limit (in Ångstroms)
100% pass resolution limit (in Ångstroms)
does not make sense.
The help popup for
Extra 2d Refine
is missing

I did the refine2d, but Anchi needs to describe the high pass filters better. I have no clue how they work. You should also provide some example values.

revised the help according to Bridget. r14136 and example for values for r14137. Also added more description about binning. Neil should look at the latter to make sure that I describes the effect of the binning to the processing right. Can't assigned for code-review, so it is leave to Assigned.
