Bug #602
openFindEM should compile with gfortran only and not require g77
0%
Description
The libraries that require g77 are the MRC 2000 libraries and they should have gfortran (Fortran 95) version available
http://www2.mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk/image2000.html
Also, we are probably not legally able to include these libraries in Appion. Neil had no clue where they came from before.
I just got an email from Jude Short who maintains the MRC IMAGE 2000 code:
The GFORTRAN version of the MRC programs is currently under development and is not yet ready for release. I will announce the release on 3DEM when it is completely converted and tested. Until then, the G77 version is available if you want it. Thank you for your interest, Jude.
