Description
broken query on old data.

This happens to Scott's data after upgrade, so I fix it in the branch as r14262 and in the trunk r14263. The revision include a typo correction in tomosummary.php
Also tiltseries data need to be copied to TiltsInAlignRunData and SEQ|excluded column created in FullTomogramRunData. The later could not be created by maketable.

Testing:
View tomosummary.php page after upgrading Scott's ap3. There should not be empty column.
