several people in our lab have spent hours removing particles from stacks using viewstack.php, but unfortunately when they click on the "remove particles" button, they get a message:
"Request-URI TOO Large
The requested URL's length exceeds the capacity limit for this server."
This is obviously because there are thousands of particles listed in the url. Is there a better way to pass this particle list to the substack.py script? Perhaps these particles should be put into an array and then saved as a file that's fed to substack.py?
I'm happy to work on this, I just want your thoughts on what a good solution is.
