Appion

we currently have 14 directories in subversion, I want to reorganize it to have less base directories.

• modules/ -- python modules, including numextension, libcv, comarray(?), and radermacher
• programs/ -- programs to compile, including findem, ace2, php_mrc, can
• site-packages/ -- MAYBE -- folders that go into site-packages, including leginon, appionlib, pyscope, pyami, sinedon, and imageviewer(?), (probably not leginon or appion)

This is currently designed to be a discussion before I make any changes...
