Add anonymous user to the login page.

Description
We need a check box for anonymous user to login to myamiweb for outside user. So User can download individual image from image viewer, and view all the report summary.
Right now, outside user need to use anonymous as username and anonymous as password to login to myamiweb from NRAMM website. But it's better to have a check box for them to login without typing anything. Otherwise people will keep asking what is the username and password.
Thanks.

The code change is done in trunk. But I still need to setup initial "Anonymous" account in the installation xml file.
Go head to test this now, assign the issue back to me after testing.
To test:
Click "Login as Anonymous" check box in the login page and click submit.
Then click logout back to the login page.
When login as "Anonymous", users should only see public data sets which assigned to 'Anonymous' user.
Anonymous user should not be able to see user preference page (the link next to logout)
Also check for real account login, make sure it still work.
Thanks.

Just added Anonymous user account for new installation.
To Test:
svn a new myamiweb and put it in your web folder (ami_html)
run myamiweb/setup.
After you run through all the steps and database setup, go to the Login page.
In the login page. Click "Anonymous login" check box.
This should login to the web tool.
If there is any error occur, which means not working.
ps. I tested it on my Mac once. Need someone to test it again.
Thanks.
