Shutter control during acquisition does not work if pre-specimen shutter is set to Shutter number 2 in GMS

Description
Found this problem with GMS 3.22.1460
This bug may not have been seen before because of a bug in the earlier GMS. GMS shutter configuration varies greatly.
The working configuration on TFS scope is this:
Acquisition shutter (Pre-specimen) should be set to
Configuration=Open/5V(inverted)
Idle State=Closed
Post-speciment should be set to
Configuration=Open/5V(inverted)
Idle State=Open
- Status changed from Assigned to Closed
- Target version set to Appion/Leginon 3.5
