Description

The new change makes upload image not work. So far if we roll back to the previous version on uploadimage.php and also need to take out the appiondata checking in processing.inc, then upload image tool will work.

Need to find a way for submitAppionJob function to know not checking the appiondata when it's call by uploadimage.php
