Description

I began adding general-use IMAGIC functions to apIMAGIC.py. It would be good if future IMAGIC-related functions should go here, similar to what has been done with SPIDER, so that we don't have multiple copies of IMAGIC batch functions scattered throughout Appion.

I might be worth considering making a folder for IMAGIC python files, like apSpider. Because I know Dmitry has several files as well.

I like Neil's idea - is anyone opposed to me creating an apImagic directory with a similar structure as the apSpider?
