Convert Stack into Particle Picks¶

This options allows you to regenerate a stack from the original images. It is extremely useful if you want to change the boxsize of the particles, use different filter or binning parameters.

General Workflow:¶

1. Generate an inital dataset from the boxed paricles (bin the particles to allow quick processing)
2. After a couple of iterations and cleaning of the stack regenerate an unbinned copy of the high quality images left - using this option.
