| 3 | This options allows you to regenerate a stack from the original images. It is extremely useful if you want to change the boxsize of the particles, use different filter or binning parameters. |

| 4 | Try to use this option in the following way: |

| 5 | 1. Generate an inital dataset from the boxedparicles (bin the particles to allow quick processing) |

| 6 | 2. After a couple of iterations and cleaning of the stack regenerate an unbinned copy of the high quality images left using this option. |
