Appion

Download Myami 2.0 (contains Appion and Leginon) using one of the three following options:

1. Release Version

This is a stable supported release available as a tar file.

2. SVN Release Branch

This is a stable supported branch from our code repository.

sudo svn co http://emg.nysbc.org/svn/myami/branches/myami-2.0 myami/

3. SVN Development version

This contains features that may still be under development. It is not supported and may not be stable. Use at your own risk.

sudo svn co http://emg.nysbc.org/svn/myami/trunk myami/
