h1. Install Protomo The "protomo" package contains programs and shell scripts for electron tomography of thin specimens. Developed by H. Winkler, et. al. at Florida State University. References: H. The package is available at http://www.electrontomography.org/software.html To use it with Appion, the programs and scripts need to be in user's direct path.
