Install Protomo¶

The "protomo" package contains programs and shell scripts for electron tomography of thin specimens. Developed by H. Winkler, at Florida State University. The package is available at

http://www.electrontomography.org/software.html

To use it with Appion, the programs and scripts need to be in user's direct path.

Appion does not use the user interface come with the package, just the shell scripts and programs called by them.
