Install Protomo2¶

1. download and unzip the protomo file from hanspeter - http://www.sb.fsu.edu/~winkler/protomo/protomo-2.2.0.tar.bz2
2. download and unzip the deplib file from hanspeter - http://www.sb.fsu.edu/~winkler/protomo/deplibs.tar.bz2

Get the libs and devel of these packages:
Try yum:

yum search ...

• TIFF library (www.libtiff.org)
• FFTW fourier transforms (www.fftw.org)
  Version 2 is required, compiled for single precision with type prefix (configure options:
  –enable-shared –enable-float –enable-type-prefix)
• GTK+, the GIMP toolkit (www.gtk.org)
• GtkGLExt, OpenGL Extension to GTK+ (gtkglext.sourceforge.net)
• GNU plotutils (www.gnu.org/software/plotutils)
• EMAN2 (blake.bcm.edu/emanwiki/EMAN2)
