Install dosefgpu driftcorr for GPU frame alignment¶

For a gpu computer used for frame alignment, also install LINUX: CUDA 5.0 Production Release (RHEL 6.x 64bit).
Then Download dosefgpu_driftcorr from https://emg.nysbc.org/issues/2158, copy it to /usr/local/bin and run:

chmod +x /usr/local/bin/dosefgpu_driftcorr
