Install dosefgpu driftcorr for GPU frame alignment {{include(Install_dosefgpu_driftcorr_shared)}} For a gpu computer used for frame alignment, also install "LINUX: CUDA 5.0 Production Release":https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-downloads (RHEL 6.x 64bit).
