Appion

For a gpu computer used for frame alignment, install LINUX: CUDA 5.0 Production Release (RHEL 6.x 64bit).
Then Download dosefgpu_driftcorr from http://emg.nysbc.org/issues/2158, copy it to /usr/local/bin and run:

chmod +x /usr/local/bin/dosefgpu_driftcorr 

Testing:
type

dosefgpu_driftcorr

should give help menu

Test run¶

If myami is installed, you can run the following script to create a small framestack and run the program.
