Multi Img Assessment¶

The user is able to assess multiple images at one time on the web by using the "Multi Img Assessment"

General Workflow:¶

1. Like the single Img Assessment, the user assigns a status to the current image, whether to keep (check) the image or to reject (cross) it
2. The difference is that the user is presented with multiple images at the same time
3. Upon selecting "Keep", "Reject" or "None" (Default) for all images on the same page, the user will click the forward (arrow pointing to the right) button for the next set of images
4. The user can assess the images based on particle picks or raw micrographs (the load time for raw micrographs is longer)

1. Once the images are assessed, the result can be viewed by clicking the link right next to "Img Assessment"
2. The result of the assessment can be used for limiting images used for subsequent processing (e.g. making stack)

Notes, Comments, and Suggestions:¶

1. Assessment can be resumed from previous session and the user can choose to show only unassessed images.
2. Multi Img Assessment is faster and users usually use it for checking RCT tilt picking results
