Run Image Rejector¶

The user is able to globally reject images that do not meet certain criteria

General Workflow:¶

The user chooses the options to reject "bad" images. This can be based upon different critieria:

1. Defocus range
2. Particle on the image
3. CTF estimation results
4. Tilt information
