Upgrade from pre-2.0¶

From a pre-2.0 Appion release¶

If you have a pre-2.0 Appion release and would like to Upgrade to 2.0:

1. Follow the
   Leginon upgrade instructions.
    
   Note: Ignore instructions to update the Microscope computer if you are not using the Leginon Application.
    
2. Next, update the Processing Packages by following the instructions for
   Installing Appion with an existing Leginon installation
