Appion

I think the following additions to the CtfFind parameters in Appion could be helpful to the user:

1. Allow the user to use smaller numbers for Minimum Resolution. This is particularly useful if the defocus range is sub-micron.
2. Allow user to identify the minimum and maximum defocus range to search. This will not only expedite the search, but also eliminate incorrect estimations (personal experience).
3. Generate a gallery of the power spectrums produced by the program for the user.
