subtomomaker.py uses wrong full tomogram binning

Description
cause an out of range error on the center of the subtomogram trimming
- Target version set to Appion/Leginon 2.2.0
fixed in r15511 might need to go into branch 2.1 as it is a fatal bug if the script is used to create subtomogram
Left a cause to use the aligner bin in case I have not thought of something that causes full tomogram to have no binning. Will not close this bug until I have a chance to run full test of the tomography pipeline.
Anchi, do you think you will have a chance to run a full tomography test in the next few days?
