Description
latest version of ctffind3, with astigmatism limit, with python and PHP code revisions
Amber / Sargis, this works on my computer, with a default pointer to my version of ctffind3.exe. To get it to work for everyone, what we need to do is the following:
1) download the latest version of ctffind3 from http://emlab.rose2.brandeis.edu/ctf (wget emlab.rose2.brandeis.edu/sites/all/modules/pubdnldcnt/pubdnldcnt.php?file=http://emlab.rose2.brandeis.edu/sites/default/files/ctf_120307.tar.gz&nid=26)
2) gunzip the .tar.gz file
3) tar -xvf .tar file
4) the ctffind3.exe executable will be in the ctf/ directory
5) install ctffind3.exe (e.g. in /usr/local/bin/ctffind3.exe on guppy)
Other than that, I have commited the python stuff and webstuff with this feature, and it is ready to test once ctffind3.exe is installed.

Thank you for the message Dmitry. ctffind3.exe on guppy and all it's nodes is a link to ctffind64.exe. I replaced this ctffind64.exe with the latest version of ctffind3.exe (ctf_120307.tar.gz) on guppy and all it's nodes.
I couldn't ctffind3.exe on amiboxes. I only found /ami/sw/bin/ctffind64.exe on amisoft which I also replaced with the latest version of ctffind3.exe.
