When a stack is being created, and it is openened "prematurely" before the job is completed (for example to check for particle quality), redux displays the most recently cached image(s). This means that, in viewstack.php, the particles do not get updated. For example, if the first time the particles are viewed, there are 200 particles in the stack, viewstack.php displays those 200. Subsequently, it does not change, and can only display those particles. stackhierarchy.php and stacksummary.php are also affected, because they do not update the image "average.mrc".
