Appion

We just got redux running today, and I'm wondering if there is some config file that we can set so that the images appear the same as they were with the old phpmrc. The redux images look much grainier than before, possibly due to the way the contrast is being handled? Close-to focus images just look like noise. Also the FFTs are uninterpretable because I don't think they are being binned they way they were with phpmrc. I'm attaching an image of a before & after redux comparison.
