Description

There is a checkbox missing for the web launch form for EMAN1 jobs when you want to run coran_for_cls. The parameters for coran are there, but not the checkbox to make it happen.

It used to have a checkbox. It just disappeared. I have no idea why. Older revisions probably have it. My workaround is just to figure out the coran command and add it myself.

Hey Scott,
I don't see any checkbox in older revisions. Can you give me an example of what the command should look like, and specifically the flag that needs to be added?

I found the checkbox in an old revision. Look at emanJobGen.php in revision 14977
