checkbox for coran in EMAN1 jobs

Description
There is a checkbox missing for the web launch form for EMAN1 jobs when you want to run coran_for_cls. The parameters for coran are there, but not the checkbox to make it happen.

- Assignee set to Amber Herold
Egads. What is the priority for this Scott? Do you have a reasonable workaround?
It used to have a checkbox. It just disappeared. I have no idea why. Older revisions probably have it. My workaround is just to figure out the coran command and add it myself.
Ok, if it used to be there it shouldn't be too difficult to put it back. I should be able to look into it next week.

I don't see any checkbox in older revisions. Can you give me an example of what the command should look like, and specifically the flag that needs to be added?

I found the checkbox in an old revision. Look at emanJobGen.php in revision 14977
