Description

By popular request, I've commented out this code so as to not restrict how many processors one chooses for running 2D alignment. Everyone should run the 2D alignments responsibly, and not hog the cluster. This check causes all users here to unnecessarily modify the jobfile to have more cpus (i.e. hack it) after submitting with less CPUs. This commit should be transfered to Goby, so that Gira is also not limited
