Submit new sq targets from loaded atlas doesn't processed
Added by Jian Shi about 11 years ago.
Updated over 9 years ago.
Affected Version:
Appion/Leginon 2.2.0
Description
I notice this bug for a while. After I restart a leginon session and load the atlas, submitting new sq target never went through. It hangs at square acquiring node forever. See attached screen copies.

Do you mean new targets you selected from the newly loaded atlas? Could you provide screen shot of the "Square" node complete settings to help reproduce the error?
Here is the setting for grid and square node
Anchi,
I notice today square acquisition hangs at "requesting target transform" after I submitted 2nd batch of square targets on atlas. I have latest version installed today. Rather strange, can you give a quick look?
Thanks,
Jian
Hi, Jian,
That's becomes I just added the navigation move for target adjustment. It needs new binding. I must caught it in mid commit. If you update again, there should be two more commit twenty minutes after that one : )
The new thing will prevent you from loading old MSI application when you go through Leginon gui to run application. I've made all applications 3.0 version in xml, you can upload them from web admin.php page. If you have your own custom version, just follow the binding requirement shown in #2526 to add them.
Jian,
I think I know what is wrong. We have never had Square target that requires target adjustment. The application does not have bindings to/from "Target Adjustment" node.
See Transform_Manager_
Since I am updating all applications, I will add these to them, too, for the release.
- Target version set to Appion/Leginon 3.0.0
r17930 adds Square bindings to/from "Target Adjustment" to all applicable MSI applications
- Status changed from New to In Test
- Assignee changed from Anchi Cheng to Jian Shi
Does this work now with the new applications?
I believe it is working OK now. I will double check on latest version after our service is done.
- Status changed from In Test to Closed
- Assignee changed from Jian Shi to Anchi Cheng
- Affected Version changed from Appion/Leginon 2.1.0 to Appion/Leginon 2.2.0
